The day is here! I am off to Tanzania. But in order to get there, I'll be stopping in Newark, NJ... then Zurich, Switzerland (for like 30 minutes, such a tease)... then Nairobi, Kenya where I will stay the night... then taking a MAF plane to Migori, Kenya where I will meet a TCOT team and travel into Tanzania... and then I'll be at my final destination (which I am still not completely sure where that is but somewhere near the Kenyan border and 45 miles east of Lake Victoria - in the Tarime district, you can find on the map below). I am excited that today is finally here. Please join with me in spirit and pray for our travels (I'll be meeting up with another medical team in NJ, their first time also to TZ). I am thrilled about this adventure that lies before me and asking God to begin doing mighty, miraculous things, even now. I pray for continual assurance of His presence and that I will sense Him close in every step I take. I pray He be glorified in every detail that lies ahead. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your support!! Words cannot express my gratitude. May God bless you, strengthen you, encourage you and fill you with joy today.
